According to a recent study conducted by FoodChannel.com, the World
Thought Bank ( http://www.neemee.com) and the International Food Futurists (TM), some of our food trends, ideas, recipes and movements will be downsized.
The Food Channel has been tracking emerging and mainstreaming food trends for the past 20 years and has just released it's latest trend report for 2009.
